Do you take other methods of payment?

You can pay by cheque, postal order, Visa, Delta or Mastercard. Please call (011) 265 4200 to make the arrangements.

Have you received my subscription – I have not had confirmation?

Within seven days of receiving your request to subscribe, you will receive a welcome letter that acts as confirmation. This contains your order reference number and details of your subscription. If you haven’t received a welcome letter after 3 weeks, then please contact our Customer Services Team.
If you subscribed on line, you will receive a confirmation email before your letter, within 48 working hours of placing your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact our Customer Services Team

I have had no response to my emails

We are aiming to reply to all emails between 24 and 48 working hours after their receipt. If you still have not heard from us by then, please contact our Customer Services Team on the number below to pursue your enquiry.

Please check with your local sorting office as they may be holding your copies if they were unable to deliver them to you. If not, please contact our Customer Services Team.

How can I get back copies

I have not received my back copies.

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of back copies. If they have not arrived by that time, please contact our Customer Services Team.

I have received the wrong instalment/s

We will replace all your instalments with the correct ones. Please contact our Customer Services Team.

I still have not received some/all of my free gifts.

You will receive the display stand with your second despatch and the Ringwraith with your fourth delivery. If you still do not receive them, please check at your local sorting office, and if they are not there please contact our Customer Services Team.
